Meet the new Connie, similar to the old Connie......

One of the more annoying things aboit the reload is that it gives Lynn the chance to do something stupid: alter the biographies of her characters to suit her current whims. Connie Poirier has just become the poster child for this refusal to stand behind her origianl work; due to her silly vanity, she's decided that since Pete Landry was in the way of her current needs for the character, he can be erased from existence. Never mind that there's documentary evidence of his presence; he mever existed because Lynn doesn't need him to. This is, of course, nonsense. What we have is Lynn not having the moral courage to stand behind her work, warts and all. The only real solution is to declare the New-Runs as taking place in a more simplistic universe than the Real Foobiverse. That way, she can validate the past while still being able to go on this annoying ego trip.
